Shawn provides consultation in the areas of organizational change, leadership development and instructional design and development and has a proven track record of adding value to organizations by leveraging researched methodologies in ways that business leaders can apply them. As an associate with gothamCULTURE, Shawn’s work includes consulting on culture change initiatives, change management strategies, facilitation and leadership coaching.

She is a regular presenter at regional and national conferences on the topic of assessment and evaluation and is recognized as a leader in her field. As the founder of a national community of practice of evaluation practitioners, the Evaluation Thought Partner Group, and president-elect of Tampa Bay chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Shawn is dedicated to the continual learning and development of practitioners as well as the individuals they support.
 
Shawn is qualified and experienced working with a broad range of assessments, including leadership multi-raters inventories, personality and type-temperament profiles, and conflict assessments and is a certified executive coach. Shawn holds a BS in Psychology and MS in Instructional Systems, both from Florida State University. She currently lives with her husband and two young daughters in St. Petersburg (Tampa), Florida.
