Gayle is an organization development consultant who applies a focused, systemic approach for sustained changes aligned to corporate objectives. She applies a thoughtful, thorough, and sensitive approach to a variety of focus areas including leadership development, change management, instructional design, strategic communications, building high performance teams, and personal and organizational transformation. She is capable of working at multiple levels, from a high-level strategic perspective with big ideas, to the very hands-on, practical, on-the-ground level of implementation. She has proven relational ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in an organization, from the board of directors to front-line supervisors and employees.

She has designed, planned, and implemented a number of programs including leadership development programs for high potential executives in Fortune 500 companies, training and communications support around organizational change for an Ivy League university, change management and training for the implementation of new technologies for a major healthcare organization, a rewards and recognitions structure to support a culture change for a luxury cruise line, and robust strategic planning processes appropriate to organizational lifecycle for an innovative global non-profit.

Gayle’s specific areas of expertise include training and education, including content development into specific training modules, training program design, and the development of supplemental and supportive materials for various audiences. She also specializes in leader development via behavioral feedback that enhances performance, group facilitation and team dynamics, and specific applications for helping leaders evolve and adapt strategically to increasingly complex external environments. She applies a discerning, analytical eye to the processes and systems that support effective education and training aligned to overall organizational strategy

She is particularly interested in global women’s issues and helping women be more effective in their leadership roles. Gayle has worked with and served on non-profit boards She currently serves as the chair of strategic planning on the board of Spark, a non-profit organization dedicated to building communities of young, global citizens invested in changing patterns of inequality that affect women globally. Gayle is also a facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business for their Interpersonal Dynamics T-Group-based course and for their Women in Management program.

Gayle earned her BA Degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco, where she graduated magna cum laude with Honors, and has her masters in Organizational Psychology.
